The Borghini family, originally from the Casentino for generations, has recovered the old rural nucleus and renovated the buildings respecting the Casentino farm tradition: materials such as iron, stone and solid chestnut wood originating in the area have been used.
Each apartment has hand-crafted furniture and the most modern comforts: heating, wood-burning fireplace, kitchen and covered outdoor space for breakfast and relaxing moments.
The surrounding environment still bears the mark of the habits of the past such as the washhouse and the well, enriched today by a large parking lot and a playground; a swimming pool for adults and a baby one, with relative solarium area, is also available to guests.
At guests' disposal a barbecue for outdoor grilling and a laundry room.
Borghini family lives and works within the structure, proposing the company as an example of true "agri tourism", having made agricultural work a professional choice.
Guests are looked after personally by the owners. We are available for any type of information, from reservations for museum visits to naturalistic visits or simply for pleasant chats to learn about our work linked to the traditions of Casentino history.
